I'm guessing free jumping is something like free running or urban running? Or is it more like base jumping? Do you wear a parachute or anything attached to your back/chest area? Either way, it is best to get the blessing of your surgeon. Your surgeon knows your position in the healing process better than anyone. Typically 3 months without complications is a good time to pursue whatever activity you like. Most activity can be resumed 6 weeks after surgery, but this sounds a little more extreme. Good luck!
Your breast size appears asymmetric now. It is possible with time that if one breast is swollen more than the other symmetry can improve. Otherwise you would require a surgery to even the symmetry and perhaps improve the position of the implants if you desire.
