Is There a Way to Fix my Asymmetrical Eyes? (photo)

Eye asymmetry can be due to a number of factors.  There can be differences in the palpebral fissure or distance between the eyelids. The eyelids may have a slightly different slant.  The upper eyelid on one side may be slightly lower than the other. The actual bony orbit may differ in size due to genetic factors.    Some of the these eye asymmetry issues are correctable and some aren't.  The subtle difference you have in the palpebral fissure is within the realm of natural and normal.  I really wouldn't advise any procedure.

As you said a little asymmetry in the face is normal. In your case the asymmetry is subtle and does not effect the facial dynamics in any way. The need for perfection needs to be carefully balanced with the risks of any surgery that is undertaken. 

Its all about risk benefit analysis. In your case the risks of a complication outweigh the possible small benefit of increased symmetry. 

So, choose wisely.

In my honest opinion, leave your eyes alone.  From what I can see in the picture, you are a very good looking person.  Try not to drive your yourself crazy looking in the mirror.  Sometimes, patients get obsessed looking in the mirror and start to over analyze.  If you really want surgery though, I would suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon and they can discuss your options.  If you are just changing the angle of the eye, then a canthopexy may be helpful for you, but again, my advice is to not worry so much about it as you probably see any asymmetry much more than anyone else.
