Actually my whole face is slightly asymmetrical which I know everyone's is to a degree, but I always see it and it has come to a point where I can't even look in the mirror without overly thinking about it. My right eye seems to look straight, while my left looks slanted; especially when i smile. I just want to know if surgery or anything really can make them more symmetrical. Thank you. It looks like that you have overlapping eyelid muscle. This should get better with time. It is too early to do revision and you may not need anything if you wait 3-6 months. Please ask your doctor if he/she has done fat injection at the same time?
