1 & 2 are after; 3 & 4 are before transconjunctival lower bleph. I learned from surgical notes there was no repositioning as planned, only removal. Did fat transfer from abdomen to tear trough & cheek. 1st wk when there was swelling it looked amazing. Now there's noticeable loose skin below the eye that was not present before. And I can feel the eyelid structure under the skin since there's no longer a fat pad on top. When I smile the loose skin takes a second to retract and feels so weird! I'm concerned too much fat was removed. The amount of lateral herniated fat was very minimal; rather the issue was mostly hollowness toward the nose. I was trying to improve the "tired" look and now I just look tired in a different way, with loose skin bagging/folding immediately under my eye instead of further down. I had a nice transition to the cheek but now that fat is gone and it looks like a round bug eye. I wish I had my old plump lateral lower eyelids back! Did I do the wrong procedure? I don't understand why a bleph was done if not to reposition the fat pad. Should I have done a fat transfer alone? Can anything be done to fix this? Can I have fat transferred back to the lateral lower eyelid where the new folds/shadows are? Is it possible the skin could still shrink/retract like it ideally would after liposuction? Any hope of additional healing or procedural fixes would be so much appreciated. Thank you!
