I don’t think removing skin from your lower eyelids is a good idea.
I also don’t think it’s going to improve your wrinkles.Your brow position is not overly low.
You can try pulling up your brow with one hand and then have someone else take a picture.
You can also try taping the brow, a little higher and take a picture to see if you like the look.
The left brow looks slightly higher than the right.
The left eye socket is also just slightly higher than the right side, which makes sense.
There is slight hypertelorism.
Like everyone else you have slight facial facial asymmetry.
My thought is that it’s better for you to accept your appearance the way it is rather than to try to change it.
I see people get into trouble with lower eyelid skin removal, which can lead to a premature ectropion.
Midface volume enhancement using fillers could be helpful if done by the correct provider.
Provider selection is in the end, the most important variable.
