Skin under incision post TT looks green in some areas. Is this normal?

It is not rare to have a patient describe these sexual symptoms after any form of a tummy tuck procedure. It is likely that the resultant and sometimes inadvertent pubic lift from the procedure changes the location/angle of the clitoris and makes it sensitive to pressure/stimulation. 

This is consistent with a collection of blood under the skin flap.  I don't know why the drain was in place so long, but your story is in line with what is expected once a collection of blood turns liquid and starts to drain out.  This usually resolves without too much trouble, but...
