I have this indent above my belly button. I noticed it after the birth of my first daughter, so I'm assuming it's related. I have good muscle tone, I don't think my muscles separated. I just had my last baby a little over 3 months ago so my skin is still somewhat crepey. It doesn't seem to be there when I'm laying down.
