I am only 28 years old, and I believe too young for any type of Facelift. However, my eyes are very big and droopy, and I have Chipmunk cheeks. So, if oyu think of a Bulldog, that's how I look. I've ruled out Buccal Fat Removal, and Facial Liposuction. I believe that giving a 'Lift' to my eyes will give me a fresh look, and my cheeks wont be so heavy. What are the risks involved with this procedure?
Answer: Temporal brow/face lift indications and risks
As illustrated in many of the other answers already given, the risks of a temporal lift are damage to a branch of the facial nerve resulting weakness or paralysis of the upper face/forehead, numbness, loss of hair along the incision line, poor scarring, infection, asymmetry, and bleeding complications.
Indications for this type of lift are usually related to sagging of the lateral brow and/or upper cheek area of the face. If there is any associated sagging of other portions of the face, different or additional procedures should be considered.
In your particular case I would have some real concerns about performing any surgery at all, but this is purely based on your own written assessment of your own features. I would have some real concerns about your self esteem and whether or not your expectations could be realistic. Make sure you consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Heavy Cheeks and Temporal Brow Lift?
If you have heavy cheeks, these may need to be resuspended with a midface lift. The temporal lift will do nothing for the cheeks. Pictures would help.

Answer: Temporal browlift, endoscopic midface lift
You didn't post any pictures, but I'm pretty sure you don't look like a bulldog. If you are referring to temporal browlift, the main risk is the risk of hairloss along the incision line, numbness or sensation changes, and injury to the frontal branch of the facial nerve. Other procedures that could "lift" your eyes include endoscopic midface lift, blepharoplasty and canthoplasty.

Answer: Several options for brightening the eyes
Hello,
Thank you for the question. A temporal lift will shift your hairline back a little but this may not be a big issue. Asymmetry may occur as another possible negative. Finally the temporal lift may not give you the result that you seek if it is not the ideal treatment for you. Unfortunately, without a photo more specific advice cannot be provided.
All the best,
Dr Remus Repta

Answer: Temporal Lift for a Young Person
It's tough to answer this without photos, but I would agree with the other surgeons who replied before me. One other option for some patients is a neuromodulator (ie, Botox) that when injected in the right locations can give your brow and upper eyelid area a "lift". Like all neuromodulator treatments, it's not a permanent solution and requires re-injection every 3-4 months.
