What Could Be the Reason for Septal Pain (or Near Septum)?

i have burning pain inside my nose on one side and it's unbearable if i don't cover my nostril with cotton wool. at first, when i was at the doctor, i thought it's on my turbinate, but now i believe it's actually on my septum or on the walls of my bridge, near the septum. what could be the cause? doctors can't see anything wrong inside. could it be a small hematoma that is too small to be seen or in a hidden place? i have no diagnosis and no cure, yet i'm in so much pain. thank you in advance!

Hi, The best and permanent way for raising the bridge is placing an implant. If you only need 1 to 2 mm, then cartilage can be used. However, if you need more that 2 mm then I would suggest a custom carved silastic implant. This will give you the exact shape and size that you need. Cost can...

Hi, You can try a filler to raise the height but a more definitive procedure would be a nasal frontal implant made out of custom carved silicone. Also a profile picture may help better determine your exact needs. Best, Dr.S.

Hi, It looks like you have an inverted V deformity from osteotomies. The right is worse than the left. This can be corrected with a revision rhinoplasty. It may require medial osteotomies and possible some soft tissue grafts. Best, Dr.S.
