What is rasping and how is it performed? Is rasping similar to closed nasal reduction?

Margaret22
As my nasal bone is deviated to some degree I am thinking to have a best cure without any visible changes to the nose as a whole, natural look with no aesthetic touch as same as the closed reduction result I got before as I had two traumes previously. it is been 1 year since the old one I am now seeking for a great advise and I think septorhinolasty will not meet my gowl as this surgery does a lot of change to nose, skin and tissues.
