I figure Megan Fox, has had numerous plastic surgery done. In theory, if I was the blonde shown in the picture, would it be possible to almost achieve Megan's look. What procedures would be needed? Could the nose be changed similar to Megan's so that it appears smaller with a prettier tip. Could the face be made to appear slimmer? Fuller lips?

It's very important that you contact your surgeon or his office. Someone should be able to assist you or be covering for him in his absence to provide you with input. Postoperative taping is important for rhinoplasty. Good luck
