Rhinoplasty and lip augmentation for more attractive appearance, but not just like Megan Fox. Your nasal tip and bridge be refined but your skin appears to be thicker than hers. The lips can be made fuller with lip augmentation. The results of both procedures can be seen on my website. 

Keep in mind, each person's nose and other facial features must fit their face, otherwise they may look un-natural and overdone.  That being said, some tip refinement and narrowing could give you a more defined tip and perhaps a subtle lip enhancement with a temporary filler might be a consideration; however, it's best to get a complete consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to express your concerns and be educated on the possibilities after a complete examination.  Best of luck

You may be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty and it is okay to look at the features of someone else's nose.  Your nose will never be exactly like Megan Fox.  A discussion with an experienced plastic surgeon will give you some idea of what is possible.  Computer imaging will also help.  

you could use an endonasal approach to reduce any prominence of the nasal bones on the dorsum as well as refinement of the tip with what is called a cephalic trim of the lower lateral cartilages.  You may or may not need suturing of the "domes" of the tip.

Your nose can be improved , the tip refined, and the lips enhanced but I would not want to try to make you look like somebody else. The blonde lady (if that is you) is pretty in her own right.
