The problems here is that the cost of surgery will very much depend on what one is doing with that floor implant.  Why do you need a floor implant?  One does not just insert a floor implant.  The reason for the floor implant very much determines what surgeries will be part of the procedure at which the implant is placed.  Without that information, an orbital floor implant is not a surgery but a supply. The cost of the supply does not tell you how much the surgery will cost.  Also there is always more than one way to skin a cat.  Perhaps there are other options for addressing you issue without an orbital floor implant.  Good luck.

		Do you have a fracture and / or double vision?
	
		There are several implant options and more importantly, technologies used by some to presurgically plan for exact anatomic reconstruction of an orbit. 
	
		The prices of implants depend on the medical center, hospital, surgery center, or other site that you would be having the surgery
