Adding the graft without widening the nasal bones will make the nose look thinner from the front

Widening the bones may make the eyes look closer, but that can only be determined by an exam and what your facial proportions are

So both could be right

You can morph the 2 options and see which you like better

Best method to raise the nasal dorsum is not important. Pick the surgeon whose noses u like better and let him decide how to do it.

There are many methods available to correct an over resected dorsum.  I am assuming that you had a previous rhinoplasty.   It is possible that you had a hump with a low radix.  The radix is the most inward part of the upper nose between the eyes.  This can be observed on profile.  A photograph of your nose is needed to give your best alternatives.  If you had an overresected nasal hump then some form of dorsal onlay graft either a silicone graft or cartilage graft would be needed.

You should have a Nasal augmentation from the radix down to the supratip angle. It should be sloped from high ( radix ) to low (supratip area). The best way to achieve this is with a custom carved silicone implant. through an open approach. You can also send pics via link below for computer imaging.
