Based on my photo can I get the largest Permalip implant (5mm) in my upper lip? (photo)

Curious for doctors opinions on whether my upper lip can 'handle' the largest permalip implant, 5mm. Was told by a doctor that I could only get the medium size, bc my upper lip was "too small" for the large...but I've seen people with smaller lips than mine go straight to the large.I've had lip injections previously so I already know I like the look of larger lips, I want permanence.Just looking for my top lip to be enhanced.I would like it to be about the same size or bigger than my bottom lip.

Hello,Anatomically, I believe that your upper lip could support a 5mm implant.  You currently have a full lower lip and your upper lip could definitely handle more volume to balance out your lower lip.  The 4 mm implant gives more natural results, if you desire a much fuller look, you might prefer the 5mm implant.The beauty of Permalip is that is is reversible, so if you want to upsize/downsize in the future, it is entirely possible.Good luck!

you have generous sized lips to begin with.Your upper lip is significantly smaller than the lowerMost people believe the lower lip should be slightly biggerI would think that a 4 mm implant in your upper lip would lead to what is considered perfect ratio top to bottomIf indeed you watch her upper lip to be the same size as her lower even bigger,, then go with the 5 mm
