What procedures would you recommend to enhance my features? (photos)

I always wanted to look better but I am not sure what will change that. I want a more defined features on my face. I have good teeth but when I smile they are still covered and my nose seems to cover my face.

This is a very common finding following facelift surgery. At 3-4 weeks, moderate swelling is not uncommon.  It is important to be evaluated if the swelling is soft or fluid like, suggesting a collection of fluid known as a seroma.If this is the case, it can be drained easily in most cases.
