Can the Asian Eyelid Surgery and Breast Augmentation at the Same Time?

I am much too afraid to have the Asian eyelid surgery done under local anesthesia. I would also like to have the breast augmentation surgery. I feel more comfortable by the thought of having both surgeries done at the same time.

I have performed a number of asian eyelid surgeries under general anesthesia with happy patients and no problems. Part of the decision depends on exactly what is done at surgery. Your saying asian eyelid surgery covers a number possible procedures.
	
	I cannot see any reason why you cannot do them at the same time. Have you seen a surgeon who refused to do them together and if so what reason were you given for doing it that way?

Morning sh1991,

	I can tell you from experience it's very important that you have your Asian eyelid surgery performed under local anesthesia.many of the errors or revisions that I get from other offices come from patients who are asleep during her surgery. The reason it's important that you be awake is that you open your eyes and look up to ensure symmetry when the surgeon is working.  Once this component is finished then you can have your breast augmentation performed under anesthesia on the same day.for the process of being numbed up for your eyelid surgery you can simply request to be briefly sedated
