What can I do for a younger/more feminine face? I’m 18 years old and I’ve been told I look way older than that.

My self esteem has gotten so low that the only thing I’ve stepped outside for in the last five or so months is work and groceries. I have a very blocky forehead, undefined jaw, very defined hollows under my eyes, a generally saggy face, especially around the marionette lines, etc. I want to look like a young, feminine, 18 year old girl... not a middle aged man. It’s really destroying me. Any suggestions..?

This is a difficult struggle and I feel for your self-esteem. 
The first step I would recommend is starting a skin care regimen to help clear the acne and provide a better foundation of whatever you choose to do. It is important for UV protection as well. Hydration is also crucial for the under eye dark circles. 
I would recommend going to a board certified plastic surgeon to help get an idea of your expectations and then be able to go through treatment options.
From the photos the cheek's lack volume and you may want to start out with fillers for some volume and be able to test out the changes you like and what you do not like. This would be the most inexpensive place to start and see what you want.
