I am a 22 year old biologically born female. I am somewhat self-conscious of my face and side profile at times because I have masculine looking features such as my forehead ,chin ,jawline and nose. I am not sure which facial features cause my face to look somewhat masculine but my self-esteem has definitely taken a hit. I was often mistaken for a boy or transsexual when I was younger and had my head shaved. What procedures can help with bringing out my feminine features?

Based on your photos it appears to me that you ave a very attractive feminine face. Your past experience should be placed aside; possibly psychological counseling to boost your confidence may be a better way to spent your money? In person evaluation and discussion about your goals and expectations with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

I'm very sorry for everything you have been through. From the photos you have posted, though, you have very attractive and feminine facial features that many people spend a lot of money to achieve. Maybe an in-person consultation with a surgeon experienced in facial feminization could give you some more insight. My suggestion is to surround yourself with people who do not bring you down. People can be cruel sometimes, and they don't know what they are talking about. You are a very beautiful woman so remember that!
