Can you combine Sculptra with Velashape or Emsculpt?

Can you do Sculptra for cellulite on butt and thighs combined with VelaShape or Emsculpt? and if yes is there any time frame between treatment that is best?

Yes, they can be combined. Timing depends on multiple factors. The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra, and body treatments like Exilis Ultra/Venus Legacy, Cellutone/z wave. A VASER HI DEF procedure can be done for more contouring. We often combine these treatments for the best results on the buttocks.  The Sculptra for the butt lift requires injections every 6 weeks for approximately 3 sessions or depending on how much volume you want more sessions.  Velashape can be done in between these sessions and you would just need one week between session to tighten the skin and treat the cellulite.  Please consult an expert in these cosmetic procedures for the best results.  Best, Dr. Green
