Banana rolls are secondary to excess fat deposits. It should ideally be treated with Coolsculpting and not Sculptra. Please contact a qualified provider or a board-certified physician with extensive experience in these procedures.

What is called the banana roll is an area of soft tissue that lies immediately below the buttocks area and in fact is necessary for the support of the buttocks. most likely your banana roll has not changed over the years but your buttocks may have, as with aging we lose fat everywhere in the face and body. If you wish to have a rounder buttocks and a more youthful appearance sculpture is an excellent choice as a filler. You have to understand that Sculptra works best over two to three months for optimal results. if more correction is needed Sculptra can be repeated as early as 6 weeks following the initial treatment.
