I had the breast augmentation(under the muscle, 350cc) in December 2018. I feel that my boobs are too high, never dropped, too hard and when I lay on my stomach it is very uncomfortable feeling... What could be a reason? is it normal? will it take more time to drop? How can check the situation? MRI? I talked to my doctor and he did not give me the direct answer...

Answer: Implant position at 5 months postop Hello. Thank you for your question and for including photos. I am sorry you seem frustrated with your results. I do appreciate in your photos that you have more upper pole fullness and lack of the more natural teardrop that is expected after implants do indeed 'drop'. This should have happened by this time. Without knowing implant style and other factors, it is difficult to determine why this did not occur in your case. That your implants seem abnormally firm and it is uncomfortable to position your self on your stomach is also not entirely normal by this time. It would be unusual to have capsular contractures on both breasts this soon but that is one thing that could explain the issues you're dealing with. An MRI would prove the integrity of your implants but little else. Your surgeon should be able to make some recommendations after examining you. I hope you find a resolution and get the result you desire. Good luck!
