Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery. Best,Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
Without a personal examination it is difficult to give the best advice. In general,Radio Frequency, and laser energy devices as well as chemical peels can tighten the skin and reduce fine wrinkling. Your doctor can council you which is best for your skin type and exam.
Yes, this can be improved with lasers (ProYellow, VBeam, Excel V) and microneedling/prp. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
Thankyou for your question , lasers specific for treatment of blood vessels eg Excel v , genesis should improve your redness including any visible vessels, background redness without visible vessels and any flushing you may have to triggers such as heat , spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol, wind, exercise .It will most likely take multiple treatments ( X3- 5 )spaced approximately one month apart .I would try laser alone before other treatments
Eczema, lips lick dermatitis, contact dermatitis, irritant dermatitis, atypical seb derm, etc... much more history and examination with possible patch testing by a medical dermatologist. All the best, Dr Davin Lim, Laser and aesthetic dermatologist. Brisbane. Australia.
You need PicoSure Focus lens as opposed to regular PicoSure. This treatment is amazing and does treat melasma, but it will take a few treatment sessions as well. To find an expert in your area I recommend visiting Picosure.com or cynosure.com and locating a physician near you....
Lasers are safe, radiofrequency waves are typically as well but a lot of companies will say to avoid treatment right on top of the metal. Best, Dr. Emer.
