Laser/radio waves facial safe with titanium plates and screws in the face? (Photo)

I have five titanium plates and lots of screws in my face after double jaw surgery and genioplasty a few years ago. The metal is mostly calcified now according to CT scans but I'd love to get a laser facial or a facial using radio waves to tighten my skin as it sagged a bit after my face was shortened by 12 mm total after surgery. or maybe I just need a facelift!!! Is that sort of facial safe?
