Are these two bump things between my breast normal? (Photo)

Thanks for your question, & for including your photos, they really help! In my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries, I’m pretty sure that those “bumps” are harmless fascial bands caused by stretching the surrounding tissue. They go away on their own, but can resolve faster with simple fingertip massage. I would def show this to your plastic surgeon at your next post op appointment. Best of luck to you!

Thank you for the photos, you have shared. Though, it is not very clear and an in-person examination is necessary, these bumps appear to be harmless bands that occur due to the stretching of the tissues around your implants. 
If you are still concerned, however, you can visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Dear Rational3249,thank you for your question.  Although it's a bit late, the bands/"bump" are not unusual.  They like represent some adherence between the scar around your implants and your skin.  They typically resolve with massage on their own.  Talk to your surgeon; but I would not worry.  Hope this helps & good luck.James Sheridan, MD

I will start by saying that I think that it is highly unlikely that these represent anything worrisome.  They do not appear to be associated with your implants or incisions in any way.  However, without a true examination, I cannot definitively identify if these are swelling, dog ears, etc.  Call your plastic surgeon so that he or she can examine this area further.  Wish I could be of more help but good luck!
