If you are 5”2 138 pounds 32DD & got 430/450 moderate saline implants what’s your approximate cup size.
Answer: What cup size is 430 /450cc? Bra cup sizes and number of cc's have so much variability based upon the bra manufacturer. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 cc to 200 cc of volume. The best thing to do is try these implant sizes on to get an idea. Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift instead of implants At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. 430 cc or 450 cc implants would take you up 4 cup sizes. Since you are a DD, you do not need implants but a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Implants are not lifetime devices and half are removed by 9.5 years.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Cup Size? Patients often think in terms of cup size when considering augmentation. Unfortunately, devices are sized in terms of milliliters (cc) of volume. This can lead to some confusion when sizing. Additionally, it is important to remember that cup size itself is not standardized with variations from one manufacturer to another. Unfortunately, as many women can attest their cup size in an industry leader such as VS is not necessarily transferable to another brand. Another point which is often under appreciated is that of anatomy and starting point. Any implant will add volume to the volume which is already present. The implant is additive. A particular volume will not necessarily confer the same cup size to different patients (often times it will not even confer the same cup size to different breasts in the same individual...remember they are "sisters" not "twins"). A general rule of thumb is that 125cc can represent somewhere between 1/2 to a full cup size increase. Smaller volume differentials (25-50cc) are typically less consequential representing a volume change of less than a shot glass. However, I have found these numbers, at least anecdotally, to be of little help. Patients often present with notions/goals which do not correlate with these sorts of sterile volumetric assessments. When sizing patients, there are a number of useful tools including: -3D imaging (has the added benefit of offering a volumetric analysis of the pre-operative breast) -Breast sizers (rice bags) -Goal photos I also recommend that patients commit to a particular look rather than a cup size. Once a patient settles on a look that pleases them the overall cup size increase becomes less relevant. The key to obtaining a natural result is to stay within the parameters defined by your BWD. With regards to your specific question, predicting cup size is impossible. Implants of similar volumes will confer different cup sizes on different patients. The best advice is to "love the look...not the cup." As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Answer: Bra size after BBA It’s impossible to say what your final bra size will be because I don’t know if a 32DD is your correct bra size preop. Every bra fits differently thus you may be different cup sizes in different bras. If a 32DD is your correct bra size then I would imagine that 430cc-450cc implants would put you in the 32 DDD-G bra size which will be impossible to find except online. Implants of this size may not be a wise choice for someone of body size. I would strongly recommend speaking to a board-certified PS to get more info and an exam in person. You may also want to see several plastic surgeons for consults before you decide on a surgeon and implant size. Best wishes.

Answer: What cup size is 430 /450cc? It’s very difficult to predict a specific cup size after breast augmentation. The answer depends partially on how large your breasts were before the operation and what size implants are being put in, but also what brand of bra. There is really no consistency anymore between what a any given cup size really is from one brand to another. One woman may be a double d in one brand and a c in another. The best way to judge is to try the implants at your sizing session and see if they look right for your frame and whether they look like what you picture your desired cupsize should look like on you rather than focus on what the actual letter in the new bras you eventually buy are. Hope that helps!
