4 weeks post op breast augmentation incisions have split and draining! Possible complication or infection? (photos)

I understand your concern. While it is common to have a superficial separation of the wound at the incision site (i.e T junction) following a breast augmentation/lift surgery, this must be closely monitored and make sure it does not become infected. You should follow your plastic surgeon's post operative wound care management instructions.

If you are concerned, it is best that you visit your plastic surgeon to have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You should be followed closely by your plastic surgeon.  Keep the area clean and dry at all times (you may shower).  I would suggest an antibiotic ointment like Bactroban or even an oral antibiotic if it is not healing properly.Dr T

Sorry you are having this problem.  You need to see your surgeon immediately. Hopefully, you have gotten in already. If you cannot get into see them unfortunately you need to find another Plastic Surgeon. This needs to be taken care of so it does not progress to a full blown implant infection. In addition to be watched closely for the next few weeks you need to be advised on good local wound care and may even need some antibiotics.
