5 weeks post-op. How soon after a thigh lift can I get a revision? What will the revision entail? (photos)

I’m 5 weeks post-op first thigh medial thigh lift and my surgeon did placed the groin incisions too low ( not in the crease at all) and now my labia are being pulled open. How soon can I get this revised? And what will the revision entail?
