Question

Hello, I’m 5’3, have 335 HP soft touch implants and a year few months post op. Absolutely hate how my breasts look & my left one is rising higher and right one is lower, also slides into my armpit. I am so over the results as it looks terrible and hard to fit these boobs into any bra or clothes comfortably. Extremely unhappy.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You have little tissue to work with and your implants were placed on top of the muscle so the edges are very visible. I would suggest exchanging them under the muscle for better coverage and support and better upper breast fullness.  You may need to go smaller and use mesh for more support.
