First, don't post photos with your arms lifted as they distort your breasts. Second, you need a lift. Going larger will not substitute for needing a lift and will just give you larger and more sagging breasts. Third, with stretched out skin from initial weight gain and then weight loss, your tissue will not support heavier implants. Don't go bigger.
