I lost half of my hair in the last 2 months.Though bald spots are not visible yet there is a dramatic change in density.I have other problems include skin rash and skin wrinkles.I have no medical problem. But I am going through little bit of stress for the last one year.Is it an emergency to visit a doctor?

Before starting on medication for hair loss treatment, it is a good idea to see a doctor for an examination. You should have a diagnosis before starting treatment.
I would give the medication a few months to see if there is an effect. You may be getting more than you think. If after about 3 months there is no new "baby" hairs noted, then you may try more frequent (3x per day) application.
