I wish to stop or correct this before it gets worse. I have no known allergies. My father is not bald and his father was not bald. What do you recommend I do? Can I use mindoxil? And findasterade ?If so please recomend me the dosage ? And I'm on treatment of isotroin 20 mg .please suggest me here it self.

Answer: Hair loss is severe at young age In my opinion, you need to be evaluated by a hair specialist. You will need blood work, an excellent history and probably a biopsy. It is still possible for you to have genetic hair loss. However, I am concerned that your hair loss may be related to the isotretinoin treatment. It is common for people on isotretinoin to lose hair. A telogen effluvium of another ideology needs to be investigated . Should this work up be essentially negative, then minoxidil and finasteride would be a good start. Micro needle rolling, low level laser and platelet rich plasma have been helpful in early hair loss. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Answer: 22 yr old with hair loss Minoxidil is certainly reasonable to try, but you should see a doctor specializing in hair right away. If you have pattern baldness developing, this is a problem that will likely get worse over time unless aggressively treated. If you have another reason for your hair loss it could be due to a medical condition that will need diagnosing.

Answer: Hair loss at age 22 (male) I'd advise you see a physician who specializes in hair loss. See a few to get a broad approach. Most likely you have genetic hair loss. A full history is needed. Most men do not need blood tests and most men do not need a biopsy. Isotretinoin is not a common cause of hair loss (less than 3 % of users). If you have genetic hair loss you can discuss with your physicianminoxidil 5 % - twice dailyfinasteride 1 mglow level laserplatelet rich plasma
