Can I have the breast augmentation with an old sinus infection?

You need to ask your plastic surgeon since your surgeon is the only one who can say yea or nay at this time. If your white count is elevated, you do need to postpone your surgery.

For your safety it is best that you are healthy and free from infection before proceeding with surgery. I encourage you to discuss the situation with your surgeon who will make the final decision if it is okay for you to proceed with your breast augmentation as planned.
