Minor pectoral muscle extremely hyperactive since surgery 10 years ago. Suggestions to resolve this? (Photos)

Question

I am a 29 female, I received my first breast augmentation at 21 and the procedure did not go well. My minor pectoral muscle became extremely hyperactive it pulled on my shoulder and implant. I received my second surgery that went great 3 months ago to put the implant over the muscle to see if it will help the pain. It alleviated some pain but that muscle is still very tight and extremely hyperactive. Meaning when you press on that muscle it will clench reflex and clench. At this point I am lost.

Based on this photo it appears that you may have a breast contracture. This can be ruled out only based on in-person evaluation. Second opinion consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon with a good reputation in breast surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Botox injections into the muscle might be helpful. Ultrasound guidance might be needed to avoid damaging the implant.
