Hyaluronidase permanently dissolves hyaluronic acid fillers. It works by breaking the cross-linking (bonds) between the filler hyaluronic acid chains. You could also benefit from a “redo” that would consist of Botox (it would slim some parts of your face) in addition to fillers for a more balanced face.
