Can you dissolve only one side of filler?

Question

I recently had Teosyal RHA 4 - it was only placed along cheekbones and I don't like the look. One side is just about OK, but the other side is lumpy where the injector tried to fill out a dimple. Can you dissolve only one side of filler? I'm very frightened of using hylaurondaise. This was my first ever filler anywhere and was not long ago, so I wonder if my face will go back to how it was before? Photos will not post

You can target one side of the face or location for removal of intradermal filler, however use of hyaluronidase is not precise and may result in asymmetry compared to the non-targeted side. It is recommended you discuss with your treating provider.

Hi @Sensible2407!  I would wait at least 2 weeks for the filler to settle into the tissue prior to dissolving. At that point, if you continue to feel lumps I would dissolve the filler with Hyaluronidase.

Fortunately, the hialuronic acid has an antidote that is hialuronidase, it is a safe product that dissolve the product. It only acts over the filler not any other tissues so you can back how It was before.
