I had undereye filler (a dissolvable hylaloronic acid filler) approx 2 years ago and recently felt it was starting to look lumpy/bulky. I got it dissolved with hylenex, which was successful with the exception of one lump. I have since attempted to have it dissolved with hylenex again x3 without success. The injector explained it is just my anatomy, however I never had this prior to fillers. It is hard and not moveable when I press on it. It almost feels like it is attached to my obital bone.

Answer: Lump under eye after filler and hyaluronidase
You can target one side of the face or location for removal of intradermal filler, however use of hyaluronidase is not precise and may result in asymmetry compared to the non-targeted side. It is recommended you discuss with your treating provider.
There are several products on the market to dissolve intradermal filler. It is recommended you discuss with your treating provider which medication was used previously and consider trial of a different medication.
I would titrate the Hylenex so that the results are improved with Hylenex reversal. If you have filler migration, you may need more than one session.
