Hi! I am a 24 yo female and I just had a couple of questions regarding my facial structure. Since I was younger I’ve had “boy/male” like structures that have been painfully noticed by people. I feel like it’s my facial profiles that cause this, but I’m honestly not sure. So I was looking to understand what of my features cause me to come off as more masculine and what if any procedures you would recommend to help me look more feminine.

It doesn't look that your face is too masculine. Minimal refinements will help; small cheek augmentation with fillers, fat grafts, implants would soften your midface. Chin reduction and nose refinement would further contribute towards more feminine facial balance. Face's look feminine because of bone shape, skin quality, attractiveness, and light patterns.I'd suggest a full evaluation with an expert in facial feminization.  The keys for you may be to narrow the jaw and possibly shorten the lip (raise it).  Take a look at our video to learn more.

From my point of view there are two areas of the face that could be greatly feminized if given the right treatment: the forehead and the chin. The forehead is prominent and the orbital rims sit low, so I would setback the forehead and sculpt the orbital rims so they look more open. This will also feminize the gaze. And the chin is heavy-looking, so the chinbone has room for a good tapering and a reduction in height.All these suggestions should be further analyzed and discussed in a proper consultation, which doesn't need to be face to face. There are many surgeons who offer the option to do consultations remotely via photos or video chat.
