Terrible Sculptra post lipo. What options can deal with this? (Photo)

I got sculptra in my abdomen approximately 6 months ago after I was left with some small indentations post lipo 360. The sculptra is bulging out of my abdomen and looks way crazier than it did before. I hate it and it's taking a major toll on my confidence. I've heard sculptra can stick around for over 3 years. What the options to deal with this? Can jt be removed somehow?

I'm sorry someone convinced you it would be a good idea to do that. There is no way to predict how an individual will respond to Sculptra, and adding any type of filler to liposuction irregularities never looks smooth. The good news (sort of) is the fix to your problem is the same as it would have been had you not gotten injected: revision liposuction. Please go to someone who is expert in liposuction revision and you will have a smooth tummy.

Sit tight!  The Sculptra that was injected into your abdomen will dissolve.  I don't think I've ever seen Sculptra last 3 years, and, I always tell my patients that it is not an overnight occurrence.  The material will gradually absorb over months.  Chasing it now might create more problem than solution.  Good luck!
