Is Sculptra bad?

I received one vial of sculptra yesterday. I had heard many good things about it which is why I wasn't hesitant. But then I look on Realself and the reviews are awful. Scary pictures. People look like chip munks or have saggy jowls. Basically sculptra ruined their face..one girl had only got two vials and it ruined her face. I am now panicking that I have made the wrong decision in getting sculptra and I won't know how it affects me for two months! Will sculptra ruin my face like it has others?

At my clinic I perform thousands of Sculptra procedures every year and everyone is happy with their results. I think the important thing here is not the Sculptra (or any product for that matter), it is the experience, expertise and artistic eye of the injector. Pick a good injector and be confident in their abilities.

In my opinion, Sculptra is a great product when used correctly.  I have been using it for over 22 years and have had very few problems with the results.  Treatment with Sculptra normally involves more than one treatment session and results are gradual.
