Is Sculptra bad?

I received one vial of sculptra yesterday. I had heard many good things about it which is why I wasn't hesitant. But then I look on Realself and the reviews are awful. Scary pictures. People look like chip munks or have saggy jowls. Basically sculptra ruined their face..one girl had only got two vials and it ruined her face. I am now panicking that I have made the wrong decision in getting sculptra and I won't know how it affects me for two months! Will sculptra ruin my face like it has others?
