I had a lower face and neck lift 5 months ago and now I'm left with these scars, deformed earlobes, and some extra skin behind my ears. How do fix this?

Keloid and hypertrophic scars usually go through a stage of active inflammation. This process can be modulated to prevent bad scarring.
