Microneedling with PRP or resurfacing lasers will certainly help the scarring shown on the pictures to a certain degree. You will need a few sessions and that will be determined by your provider. Extra skin will have to be address by your plastic surgeon or dermatologist but, these 2 treatments are great at fading scars.
