What are my best nonsurgical options for breast reduction scars? (Photos)

I have 1 year old scars from a breast reduction surgery .I have tried 1 treatment of Morpheus .That has helped but not too much .I am not really interested in revision surgery -I am afraid it will lead to more scarring due to my skin tone .What are my best options in terms of non surgical treatments?
