I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It is difficult to evaluate you with the photos included. Side pics and some of you bent over would allow us to see the extent of your skin laxity. That being said, your TT scar shows that your umbilicus (belly button) scar is still present above your TT scar (which shows that not as much skin was able to be excised-tightness of the closure). No one can say why you still have loose skin (some patients can get a 'stretch back'-excess skin despite a tight closure).
A physical exam would answer any options for revision procedures.

To assess the outcome of an operation we need to see proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have those then ask your surgeon to forward the ones they took.

We typically make assessments with patients in the standing upright position showing the front side and back.

Overall your results looks good and if you have concerns about the outcome then you may want to take a look at your before picture to remind yourself of how you used to look.

Follow up with your provider to discuss your concerns. If you want a proper Second opinion and schedule a second opinion consultation with another local board-certified plastic surgeon. For second opinion consultations patients should bring before and after pictures and a copy of the operative report if they’ve had more than one operation then they need these for each of the procedures.
