Is it safe to do BodyFX after CoolSculpting?

Most people wait between 6-12 weeks between treatments. You can do sooner if you have no more bruising, swelling or pain. Keep in mind, some people need more than one treatment of Coolsculpting and for best results with Coolsculpting, I do recommend a combination approach. CoolSculpting is a procedure that requires time to yield results. The body needs time to remove the dead fat cells through the lymphatic drainage system. At first there will be swelling and mild discomfort, then things will settle out after a couple of weeks. Subsequent CoolSculpting treatments can be done 1 month apart, and most patients will need at least 2 CoolSculpting treatments to achieve optimal results. When adding other modalities such as BodyFX, which uses radio frequency, it it best to weight until at east one month after all CoolSculpting treatments have been administered. The body needs to be able to rest and regroup, especially when adding new treatment methods. Good luck with your results.
