Answer: Lift recommended Your nipples are located below your breast fold. For this reason, a breast lift would be recommended if you want more fullness on top. Breast augmentation alone would most likely not be sufficient, as they need to be centred behind the nipples so would sit too low on your chest. As for cleavage, it could be improved a bit but you would need to discuss this with your surgeon to determine if the improvement would be enough to achieve your goal.

Answer: Moderate profile Thank you for your photos. To give you the very best possible answer, it would be beneficial to know the width of your breasts, and the distance from the notch at the base of your neck down to each of your nipples. The width of your breast helps to determine the best implant width for you. This measurement is also the height of the implant, so you can measure that distance up from the fold under your breast to determine how high up the implant will create fullness on the top of your breasts. Other measurements, such as the distance from your nipple down to the fold underneath your breast with your skin under stretch, would help to determine whether your skin envelope will accommodate the implant width and height, or whether you may require a small breast lift in order to center the nipple/areola over the center of the implant. Your plastic surgeon can do these dimensional measurements and offer you the best solution to your concerns.

Answer: Considering options From the photos you will have the best results from implants with a lift. In addition to volume you'll need to consider type, shape, and profile. Implant selection is best done in person with a board certified plastic surgeon. During your consultation you will discuss your surgical goals with your surgeon and she/he will take measurements of your breasts. This is different than bra sizing. This information will assist your surgeon in recommending implants for you to select from that will help you achieve the look you are wanting. I've included a video that I hope you find helpful.
