Can a vacuum therapy for butt enhancement work after having fat transfer to your buttocks?

My question is I had fat transfer to my buttocks 6 months ago for bigger butt the results are not what I was expecting so I was wondering if it's okay or what it damage any of the fat transfer to my but if I was to get the vacuum therapy butt enhancement
