Does the hair that was attached to the skin that I gently scratch means that I lost the graft?

Most patients are worried when seeing transplanted hair fall out. However, it wouldn't be a problem in your case because, at two months, your grafts and wounds are completely healed. 

The initial days the hair follicles that have been transplanted are most in danger of damage. Care needs to be taken to not touch or cause any friction to them that could dislodge the graft from the skin. By about a week the graft is firmly in place and short of a cut, or heavy blow to the scalp it is unlikely they can be damaged externally. At 2 months this is even more so the case. So you should be fine

Hello. I understand your concern but I don’t believe you have anything to worry about. After 2 months your grafts should be healed and scratching will not harm them.

Usually after two weeks the scabs should be gone, i. Some cases there are hair shafts attached to the scabs and they also fall off. This is normal, the new hair will start to grow in after a few months. 

At 2 months, I doubt that you could have caused a loss of a graft from scratching as the grafts are well healed by that time
