After hematoma (liposuction) my chest feels hard. Is that normal?

Iam 22 old male i did liposuction in the chest and after couple houres my left chest got big and i call the doctor and told me to come ..its was hematoma and he get out all the blood ..now iam after one week after surgery but my left side i feel like its hard and there is some dry blood or lumps under it ! Is that normal !??
