I want to get zoom teeth whitening, but my front tooth was chipped and repaired, you can't tell the difference now, but what will happen if I get tooth whitening? will the repaired place whiten along with the tooth?

Answer: Natural teeth will whiten bonding will not Unfortunately there is no way to whiten bonded tooth structure aside from removal and replacement of bonding.I prefer to wait two weeks after whitening patients Teeth to evaluate the need to replace existing bonding and to match the shade with aesthetic bonding material. The two weeks alow the teeth to naturally rehydrate and for the stark whiteness that is seen after whitening to "calm" down to where the true result shade will be.

My advise is to go ahead with the whitening, if the tooth has been repaired with a composite filling and there's a big mismatch between the color of the filling and the whitened teeth, then the filling will have to replaced.
