How can I fix my very wide face? (Photos)

I think of a masseter reduction but I also have a large zygomatic, what you recommend? My problem in detail please read this too I have a very wide face that worries me what can I do to fix this? I am thinking of a masseter muscle reduction but I also think I have a large zygomatic and just a masseter reduction will not give my face a good shape. What do you recommend? I would also add that before puberty I had a long and thin face.

From the photos, it doesn't seem that you have a very wide jaw with thick massester muscle, however, its possible to further narrow your width, but an in person evaluation would be necessary.
