It is unusual......and possibly not very wise to remove butt implants after 1 week just because you don't like them at this early stage. The position changes a lot and implants usually start looking really good at around 8-10 weeks after surgery. Anyway, removal after one week should not leave you with any lax tissues because the time interval is just to short to cause any tissue expansive effect
Hello, and thanks for the question. In all likelihood, your buttock will return to it's normal size and shape after implant removal. There will be a period where the skin and soft tissues contract, so it may not be immediate, but over a few weeks to several months (depending on how long the implants were in and your natural tissue elasticity) things will improve. We also find that if the implants were in longer (6 months or more), there is usually a permanent expansion of the tissues with some permanent increase in buttock size despite the implants being removed. If, however, your implants were in for only a short time (1-2 weeks), your buttock should return to near normal size and shape within a few weeks.Hope this helps!
After healing, your buttocks should be identical to what it was before the surgery. If you would like another form of buttock enhancement that is not implants, you can consider BBL once you have fully healed, after 3 months.
